Situated in rural Norfolk with its quiet lanes and paths Abbey Farm is a mixed arable and livestock working farm.
Parts of the house are 15th Century. The B&B section is in the “new wing” said to have been built for King Edward VII when he visited the farm for a shooting party as there was nowhere grand enough to entertain him. However, when it came to the meal he chose to eat with the beaters in one of the cart sheds!
The Main Room is very spacious with wonderful views, double bed and sitting area, colour television, tea/coffee making facilities and wash basin/shaving point. A Second Room is smaller but with the same facilities. Beds can be arranged to suit. There is a private bathroom for guests.
An evening meal or packed lunch can be had, on request.
